Terms Of Service

"Time for Trello" refers to the Time for Trello website, desktop and mobile device software applications, "we" refers to Time for Trello directors, employees, and anyone involved in its creation or maintenance. By accessing and/or using the service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this terms of use agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

This agreement shall be effective between the parties as of the moment when Subscriber obtains a user account, or agrees, or is deemed to have agreed to the terms hereof, whichever occurs first. The agreement is entered into for an indefinite term and may be cancelled by either party as provided herein.

Time for Trello is a 3rd party app and is not affiliated with Trello what so ever. Trello and its logo is trademarkes of Trello Inc.

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by or in any way officially connected to Trello, Inc.

Data processing

Subscriber acknowledges that Subscriber details and certain other information about Subscriber and third-party users is collected and processed through Time for Trello. Time for Trello's use of this information is subject to its privacy policy. Subscriber understands that by using or otherwise accessing the service Subscriber is deemed to have agreed to the collection and use of this information (as set forth in the privacy policy), including the transfer of this information to the country of supplier's domicile and/or other countries for processing by supplier and/or its contractors.

Time for Trello shall not be considered a controller or processor (neither chief, responsible, authorised nor any other processor) of workspace data, and has no obligation whatsoever in connection with any workspace data or the processing thereof. All workspace data shall be deemed to be processed by Subscribers and any inquiry, request, objection, complaint or claim that a Subscriber may have in connection with workspace data or any processing thereof should be addressed to their respective peers (generally, to the administrator of the relevant workspace). Supplier is under no obligation to participate or take any action in such matters.

All data collected by Time for Trello belongs and shall belong to the Subscriber, Time for Trello does not acquire any right thereto, or interest therein, or otherwise in connection with the service.

Payment terms

By subscribing himself or his workspace or permitting or causing himself or his workspace to be subscribed to a service tier, Subscriber shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted liability for, the payment of all fees, rates and other charges associated with the respective service tier. The same applies in a situation where Subscriber permits or causes himself to be designated as the payer for someone else's subscription.

First-time Subscribers to a chargeable service tier are granted a 30-day trial period, starting on the day of their subscription to the respective plan.

Payment for the service is due in advance by the first day of each billing cycle and should be effected by credit card or PayPal, unless otherwise agreed. Subscriber shall ensure that sufficient funds are available on the relevant account and acknowledges that late payment may result in the suspension of service or cancellation of the agreement.

All payments for the service are handled by a third-party payment gateway. Time for Trello is not responsible for the processing of Subscriber's payments and shall not be liable for any matter in connection therewith.

Time for Trello may change the fees, rates and the billing cycle applicable to Subscriber's service tier upon a month's notice. In the event that Subscriber does not agree with the respective change(s), their sole and exclusive remedy shall be to unsubscribe from the service tier in question. Subscriber's remaining subscribed to their service tier after any such change(s) shall constitute Subscriber's consent to the respective change(s).

If Subscriber cancels their subscription to a service tier, or if their service tier is modified, or the agreement is terminated or modified prior to the end of the then-current billing cycle, no refund will be given to Subscriber for any payment relating to that billing cycle.

Prepayments for future billing cycles are non-refundable. Upon on an upgrade or a downgrade from one chargeable service tier to another, a prepayment made for the original service tier will be applied against the amounts payable for the new service tier.


The agreement between Time for Trello and Subscriber can only be terminated by closing Subscriber's user account.

Any unilateral termination of this agreement shall be deemed to occur by way of cancellation, unless the party terminating the agreement has grounds to withdraw and notifies the other party that it withdraws from the agreement.

  • all rights that Subscriber has been granted hereunder will terminate
  • Subscriber shall cease all activities authorised by the agreement
  • they shall immediately disburse to Time for Trello all sums that are due to the latter hereunder
  • all Subscriber content and other data associated with Subscriber's user account will be deleted or otherwise made unavailable to Subscriber
  • they will receive no refund, exchange or other compensation for any unused time on a subscription, for any licence or subscription fee, any content or other data associated with their account, or for anything else


In no event shall Time for Trello or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on Time for Trello's Internet site, even if Time for Trello, or a Time for Trello authorized representative, has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to Subscriber.

Time for Trello is in beta stage, so all aspects of the service are subject to change or elimination at our sole discretion. Its functions can change, disappear or reappear without prior notice. Time for Trello will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the service to Subscriber throughout the term of this agreement in accordance with Subscriber's service tier. Time for Trello has no obligation to enhance, modify or replace any part of the service or to continue developing or releasing new versions thereof.

Subscriber acknowledges that

  • the service has not been designed to meet Subscriber's individual requirements
  • the operation of the service may from time to time encounter technical or other problems and may not continue uninterrupted or without errors
  • the service is not completely fault-tolerant, so there can be outages or out-of-service periods

Technical support is provided via the service feedback feature and only in English. Time for Trello aims to answer most support issues within 24 business hours but is under no obligation to do so and makes no guarantee on how quickly support is provided or issues will be resolved.

Subscriber shall be fully responsible for the activity that occurs under their user account, including all acts performed through or by means of such user account, and must notify Time for Trello immediately of any breach of security relating to or unauthorised use of their or other user accounts.


The service (including all software and content) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Time for Trello makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights. Further, Time for Trello does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its web site and services or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

Subscriber's selection and use of the service is at Subscriber's own risk, and so are Subscriber's and third-party users' exposure to, down- and upload of, as well as transmission, other processing and possession of information, programs and other objects through or due to the service.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

Time for Trello may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site Subscriber agrees to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
